Creating a blog is easy, but only writing quality content on blogger makes the blog successful. Because high quality content increases blog traffic. Due to which your website grows rapidly.

In this step, you will learn how to write blog posts that are valuable, engaging, and SEO-friendly, even if you are just starting out.

✓ Understand your target readers:

✓ What are their problems or questions?

✓ What type of content are they looking for?

✓ What tone (friendly, formal, informal) suits them?

Example: If your blog is about health tips for working women, your content should be easy to read, practical, and respect their time.

2. Choose the right topic or Ranking Keywords

A great blog post starts with the right topic. Choose something that:

✓ Solves a problem or teaches something

✓ Search Ranking Keywords – Today’s/ Weekly/ Monthly. (Best is Today’s Keyword)

Use tools like for right topic or keywords:

2. Ahrefs: Best tool for trending or today searched, keywords.

3. ChatGPT: for Searching ranking keywords and people searched.

Tips: As per my suggestion, write blogs on today’s most searched keywords.

3. Use a catchy title

The title of your blog post should grab attention. It should be:

✓ Clear and specific

✓ Include keywords

✓ Promise value

Example title:

Tital – What is Artificial Intelligence? | Full Details in Simple Words

– Artificial Intelligence (it is a Keywords)

– Full Details in Simple Words (clear and valuable)

“10 Simple Ways to Save Money in 2025”

– 10 Simple Ways (easy and clear)

– Save Money (it is a keyword)

4. Structure your post clearly

Good blog posts have a clear structure, such as:

✓ Introduction – hook your reader, introduce the topic on which you are writing the blog post.

✓ Main content – divide into sections with headings (H2, H3) – Means wherever you give the topic under article or blog, its heading should be H2 or H3.

✓ Conclusion – summarize or give a call-to-action

✓ Use – short paragraphs not long, bullet points, and images to make it easy to read.

5. Write in simple language

You don’t need fancy English to write a good blog. Just keep it:

✓ Easy to understand

✓ Conversational

✓ Free of grammar and spelling mistakes

Tip: Use a tool like Grammarly or Hemingway Editor to check readability.

6. Add value with each post

Make sure your post helps the reader:

✓ Learn something new

✓ Get inspired

✓ Make a decision

✓ Avoid a mistake

7. Use relevant keywords

Keywords help search engines understand your topic. Use them:

✓ In your title

✓ In the first introduction paragraph

✓ In headings

✓ in every paragraph

Note: But don’t overdo it.

8. Use media (images, videos, graphics)

Adding visuals makes your post more engaging. Use:

✓ Use clear and good images

✓ Screenshots

✓ Free stock images (from Unsplash, Pexels)

✓ Infographics

✓ YouTube videos

✓ Always use alt text for images (important for SEO).

✓ Image best pixel is 1200×675 / size 16:9

✓ Use minimum to minimum (kb) images (best and should be below 100 kb)

9. End with a call-to-action (CTA)

Encourage readers to:

✓ Subscribe

10. Edit and proofread (Before Publishing)

Before you publish:

✓ Fix grammar/spelling
